Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between Circus Coaching LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with registered address at:

and the client (the "Client") who purchases or requests services through our website.

2. Services

Circus Coaching LLC provides online classes, coaching, training programs and related materials (the "Services") in various circus disciplines, including but not limited to physical preparation, flexibility, aerials, handstands & verticals, acrobatics and hula hoop.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: Clients may request classes via the contact form or by email to hello@circuscoachingllc.com. Requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Circus Coaching LLC.

3.2 Fees: Fees for Services will be those communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in USD. Payment methods accepted will be indicated during booking.

3.3 Cancellations: If the Client cancels a scheduled class with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply (up to 100% of the booked session fee) depending on the trainer's policy. If Circus Coaching LLC cancels a session, the Client will be offered a replacement session or a refund for that session.

4. Trainer Relationship

Circus Coaching LLC acts as a platform connecting Clients with independent trainers and coaches. Trainers are independent contractors and are responsible for their own instruction, scheduling and professional liability insurance where applicable. Circus Coaching LLC does not employ trainers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1 Physical risk: Circus activities carry inherent risks. Clients acknowledge that participating in circus training involves physical exertion and potential risk of injury. Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate and should consult a physician if in doubt.

5.2 Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circus Coaching LLC and its trainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Services. The total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, images and written content provided by Circus Coaching LLC or its trainers are protected by copyright. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal training purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without prior written consent.

7. Personal Data

We collect personal data provided by Clients (name, email, age, city, language preference and other details) for the purpose of providing Services. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws. For privacy questions contact hello@circuscoachingllc.com.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract for Services in writing. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations. If terminated by the Client without cause, refunds will be at Circus Coaching LLC's discretion and may be subject to deductions for services already rendered.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of New Mexico.
